一枚の古い家族写真を二枚にプリントし、向かい合わせに重ね、照らす。誰しも父・母二つのルーツの合流点であり、辿ればたどるほど現在地から遠くまで繋がり、また色々な種類の人々と繋がっていることに気づく。他人事が身内事になった途端、差別や区別や偏見というものは緩和される。もしかしたら自分がつながっているかもしれない物事に思いを巡らす。

One old family photograph is printed in two, superimposed face to face and illuminated. Everyone is a confluence of two roots, father and mother, and the more you trace them, the more you realise that they are connected far from where you are now, and that they are connected to many different kinds of people. Discrimination, distinctions and prejudice are eased as soon as the other becomes a personal matter. Let's think about the things to which we might be connected.
